In February, marking the birthday of Kārlis Dobrājs, a representative of classical Latvian painting, the online auction platform Art Platz Auction presents a special selection featuring two of the artist’s still lifes. The works vividly exemplify his distinctive style – the plastic expressiveness of form, a refined palette, clearly structured composition, and timeless classical subject matter. Both works – Still Life with Two Wine Glasses (Lot 2021/0057) and Still Life with Orchid (Lot 2022/0216) are available for online bidding.
