A new work by painter Kārlis Siliņš is now available on the online art auction platform Art Platz Auction. The painting represents the artist’s characteristically expressive colouring and playfully ironic approach. At the centre stands a grotesquely stylised female figure set against a classical panorama of Riga. At the same time, the author himself is depicted as a neutral, unobtrusive silhouette at the edge of the composition. The witty work painting “Me and Girls from Riga” (Lot 2025/0344) is now open for online bidding.
